Yellow borders in Windows 11 - what's up with that?
The Sysinternals ZoomIt utility can unexpectedly begin recording the screen when specific actions are triggered. When active, recording is indicated by yellow borders being displayed across the desktop. Care must be taken, as the system can be made to record even when the computer is locked, potentially resulting in very large, unexpected video files.
